[solidcore] is a 50-minute high intensity, low-impact resistance training Pilates workout using slow and purposeful movements targeting the core, lower and upper body. The best way to learn is to jump in and take a class! Our class sizes are small, so you’ll get personalized attention during class! Be ready to sweat, shake and come back wanting more!
[solidcore] coaches lead clients through our signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes. They are responsible for educating clients on the use of our resistance-based machines and empowering them to push through our challenging workout. All [solidcore] coaches must undergo [solidcore]'s comprehensive, paid training program. Training managers are dedicated to the success of each trainee and provide ample feedback as well as trackable goals. Please note, prior fitness teaching experience or fitness certification is not required.
What we need from you:
- Availability to coach a minimum of 6 classes per week.
- The coaching role is part-time and will report to the studio manager.
- Flexible and variable hours that include weekends and holidays.
