EVEREVE Fulfillment Specialists assist in preparing and shipping products for our customers. They check for incoming orders, pick products from store inventory and process customer orders for shipment, in-store pickup, or curbside pick-up. Fulfillment Specialists also assist the store’s Inventory Specialist in following up on tasks related to shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery. They have strong attention to detail and know what needs to get done in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Navigate company systems (Celerant/Veeqo/We Supply) to accurately pick and ship customer orders.
- Be consistently accurate and partner with our Care Team or Help Desk support when errors occur.
- Complete efficient turnaround of all customer fulfillment.
- Be flexible to adapt from your tasks to stop and deliver store pick-up or curbside orders.
- Contribute in a positive manner to the Evereve store culture.
- Adaptable. Willingness to cross-train on other inventory and operational functions as needed.
- Be available a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Most shifts are scheduled in 4-5 hour time frames.
