Yogasix at The Village of Rochester Hills is searching for a General Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the designated studio(s) to ensure the studio is well-maintained and that customer service standards are upheld to YogaSix standards. He/she will oversee all aspects of studio functionality including Sales and Operations as well as the direct supervision of Wellness Advisors and Teachers. He/she must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of PC/Mac computers, able to communicate in an effective and efficient way, be team-oriented and have a drive and passion for sales and service.

Applicant requirements include:

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  
• Experience supervising people successfully
  
• Proven experience in generating and following up on leads
  
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Wellness Advisors in sales
  
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email

Yoga Instructors (Part-Time)

Yogasix at The Village of Rochester Hills is seeking part-time Yoga Instructors, who are warm, outgoing, engaging team members who thrive in a community environment and are committed to guiding classes that are empowering, energizing, and FUN. Teachers are hired as employees (not independent contractors) as we invest in your development and growth.

Applicant requirements include:

• Demonstrate the ability to teach a safe, fun, and creative class with a genuine interest in student success, whether novice or seasoned practitioner
• Minimum 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification
  
• 1+ years teaching experience preferred
  
• Current CPR Certification

Wellness Advisors (Part-Time)

Yogasix at The Village of Rochester Hills is seeking part-time Wellness Advisors, who will assist the General Manager with new membership sales as well as the retention of current members. The Wellness Advisor provides superior customer service while assisting new and current students in class selections, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. 

Applicant requirements include:

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone and email.
• Attend special events and training as needed.
