It's that exciting time of year for The Village of Rochester Hills--Santa is back in town for visits throughout the 2021 Holiday Season! Below are frequently asked questions regarding the Santa reservation and visiting process. Before giving us a call or sending a message, save some time and check below to see if your questions are already answered here!

 

Where is and When Can I See Santa at The Village?

Santa will always be in the Gazebo at our Festival Park—the park that's in between our Bravo and Starbucks/ALEX AND ANI/lululemon buildings.

Where Can I Make a Reservation to See Santa at The Village?

Please avoid booking multiple spots for one party who plan to visit Santa at the Village only once this year. We thank you for this extended courtesy towards other families interested in visiting Santa at the Village this year!

 

I Can't Find Any Reservation Spots. Is This a Technology Issue?

Our team constantly monitors our Santa Reservations website to assure efficiency on all Internet browsers and technology platforms. As a result, we have not seen any issues with the type of browser or platform our guests are using. (Be it Google Chrome on a smartphone or Safari on a tablet, your choice on technology!)

So, if you don't see any reservation spots, it's most likely not a technology issue. Santa is in very high demand this year, so every time we release new reservation spots, they do fill up with a blink of the eye!

 

I Need to Confirm, Change or Cancel My Reservation / I Am Having Trouble on The Santa Reservation Website

What Do I Do if I Can't Find a Reservation Spot? Can My Family Still See Santa?

Your family is absolutely able to see Santa during his scheduled days and times at The Village. It depends if you would like a formal reservation or not.

 

IF YOU DO NOT MIND NOT HAVING A FORMAL RESERVATION:

We recommend a walk-up visit! Walk-up visits are available during all the times and days that Santa's at the Village. It's similar to how walk-up reservations work in restaurants, and our Santa team has made it a very efficient process throughout the years. 

As long you put in a walk-up reservation before the last hour of each Santa date, your family can see Santa that day.

 

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A FORMAL RESERVATION:

Set an alarm for the upcoming Monday at 7:45 a.m. or earlier, so you have more than enough time to log onto the website and be ready to reserve your spot. 

 

On Monday, November 29 at 8 a.m., we release slots for

  • December 10: 4-8 p.m.
  • December 11: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • December 12: 2-6 p.m.

 

On Monday, December 6 at 8 a.m., we release slots for 

  • December 17: 4-8 p.m.
  • December 18: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
  • December 19: 1-6 p.m.

And on Monday, December 13 at 8 a.m., we release slots for

  • December 20: 4-8 p.m.
  • December 21: 4-8 p.m.
  • December 22: 4-8 p.m.
  • December 23: 12-8 p.m.
  • December 24: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

 

Time slots are only available during the days and times that Santa's available. So save yourself some time and only search through the days and times that you see above!
